What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Single item will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Multi-item order will be shipped via FedEx Ground. You have the option to buy insurance at checkout. Our responsibility ends when tracking info states item is delivered. We do not take order over phone and we do not expedite shipment.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your Return Policy?
We offer 6 month replacement warranty. Buyer must read item discription carefully for we are not responsible for item incompatibility. You must contact us first for any problem with the item you received. We will either provide tech. support or issue return authorization/instructions. If the product is tested defective, we will send a replacement to you. Buyer is responsible for any and all return expenses. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. We will charge 15% restocking fee for any worked item returned for refund.
