What is your Return Policy?
  • We offer 6 month replacement warranty. 
  • Buyer must read item discription carefully for we are not responsible for item incompatibility.
  • You must contact us first for any problem with the item you received.  We will either provide tech. support or issue  return authorization/instructions. If the product is tested defective, we will send a replacement to you. 
  • Buyer is responsible for any and all return expenses. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. 
  • We will charge 15% restocking fee for any worked item returned for refund.
  •
