What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Single item will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Multi-item order will be shipped via FedEx Ground. You have the option to buy insurance at checkout. Our responsibility ends when tracking info states item is delivered. We do not take order over phone and we do not expedite shipment.

What is your Return Policy?
  • We offer 6-12 months replacement warranty depends on the catagory of the Product.
  • Buyer must read item descriptions carefully for compatibility, please feel free to contact us by email (sales2@amadvance.com) should you have any question or concerns before placing order.
  • You must contact us first for any problem with the item you received. We will either provide tech. support or issue return authorization/instructions. If product is tested defective, we will send a replacement to you.
  • Buyer is responsible for any and all return expenses. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
  • We will charge 15% restocking fee for any worked item returned for refund.

  • We fully understand how critical it is to keep communications as smooth and quick as possible. Many issues could be resolved by themselves thru well communications. We are trying every effort to answer your questions and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Please note that our office is closed during weekend and holidays. If you dont receive our response within 12 business hours window, please contact us again. If still no response, most times it is because your email did not go thru successfully or you sent to the wrong email address. Please keep in mind that by no means we would ignore your emails and not respond on purpose.
