What is your Return Policy?
- We offer 6-12 months replacement warranty depends on the catagory of the Product.
- Buyer must read item descriptions carefully for compatibility, please feel free to contact us by email (sales2@amadvance.com) should you have any question or concerns before placing order.
- You must contact us first for any problem with the item you received. We will either provide tech. support or issue return authorization/instructions. If product is tested defective, we will send a replacement to you.
- Buyer is responsible for any and all return expenses. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
- We will charge 15% restocking fee for any worked item returned for refund.
