Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. Orders made after 11 AM (EST) are generally shipped the next business day. We generally ship with the most reliable carriers, such as UPS and USPS. The estimated delivery time takes account of the distance between our warehouse in New Jersey to the destination address you provide.
We are unable to take orders over the phone and we cannot expedite shipments.
Your complete satisfaction is important to us! Our return policy is simple and hassle free.
- Customers must obtain a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 15 days from delivery date, and ship the item back to us within 30 days from RMA number is generated.
- Contact our customer service team via email to email@example.com to receive an RMA number, in order to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacment/refund. Products cannot be returned without a valid RMA number.
- For Warranty information, DOA, merchandise Damaged or Lost in Transit, or Order Cancellations, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In an event where there is an error regarding a price error or description we will notify you ASAP. In this event there will be no obligation to proceed with the purchase. Any amount charged to the customer will be 100% refunded.
- In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered.
- Buyer must read item descriptions carefully about compatibility, and must contact us first for any problem with the product received. We will either provide technical support or issue a RMA number for return.
- The issuance of RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection.
- If returned product is tested defective and it is still covered within its warranty period, we will reship a new replacement to you.
- If returned product is confirmed a wrong product due to our shipping error, we will reship a right product to you at our expenses.
- If returned product shows obvious physical damage other than normal wear and tear, you will have to place a new order with us and our customer service will contact you with instructions; no refund will be granted.
- If returned product is tested working fine, we will have to process refund for item value, shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
How to Return?
- Please click this RMA form, print and fill it out completely. Place form in box with your return shipment.
- On the outside of the return package, clearly write down your RMA# and Order / Invoice#.
- Please send the return package either by USPS first-class mail or priority flat-rate mail.
